Trampoline Park

Recently a trampoline park opened near our house called Get Air Adrenaline Trampoline Park.  It is a huge open space full of trampolines and foam pits.  This has been a great place for us to visit during the winter and burn off some extra energy.  The first time we went, we met up with some friends after nap time.  The park was packed!  Luckily, they have a special area just for kids under 46 in, so our little ones didn't get bounced away by the big kids and teens that were there after school.  We had a great time, especially getting to play with Claire and Adele, but especially William wanted to go to the area where the older kids were jumping.  There was a game of dodge ball going on, and William really wanted to get in on the action with the balls.  Unfortunately he would have been squished in that game, so I had to keep him to the little kid area.

Since then, we have gone several times (just William, Eliana, and me) when they opened at 11am.  At this time, all the big kids are at school, so my little ones have the run of the entire park.  They love it!  William runs straight for the balls, and Eliana just runs all over the whole place.  She likes to check out the big kid foam pits and tries to walk across the slack line.  It really is a nice place to go during the winter.

Climbing to the top of the trampoline and then sliding down.  William wishes he could get up that high too.

Big foam pit with all our friends.  William liked to pull the blocks out and stack them on the side while Eliana liked to "swim" down under the blocks and bury herself.

William can't actually jump yet, but he tries really hard.  Usually he squats to jump - it's kinda the same idea, he is moving up and down, right?  That doesn't slow him down though, he still loves running around on the trampolines.  He usually ends up falling down at some point, but he just laughs at how he bounces on the ground.
