Rice Cereal

Eliana decided to take the feeding into her own hands.

Half the cereal went on her face/neck/bib, and the other half went in her mouth.

Ok, so this picture is unrelated to eating solid foods, but just though you might enjoy.  Eliana thought she could help with unpacking.

We started solid foods with Eliana a couple of days ago (as solid as thinned rice cereal can be).  She seemed to maybe even like the taste.  Or at least she really liked chewing on her spoon, so she kept grabbing the spoon with cereal on it from our hands and putting it in her mouth.  She was probably not actually eating most of the food we gave her, but she at least enjoyed the process.
